We have an ending!

The first main ending, with 5 different branches, has been written. This gives a good idea of the scale we're working with here, this is just the failure ending but there are five different variations depending on your stats.  It's always hard to write a good bad ending, but I think we really nailed these, they're bittersweet because, especially if you managed good stats before you flunked out, you took something away from your experiences, but the character is left wondering what the player knows: if there's another life they could have had where they went further than they did.  It also shows a bit of our design philosophy, I think.  It's possible for you to end up content, even a character that's happy, without succeeding all the way, just like life.

A new year, and a new build in the works!

Hello everyone! After taking some much-needed holiday time for us (and a vacation to Las Vegas by the head dev) we're back and ready for action! At the moment we're waiting on playtesting feedback, and still desperately seeking playtesters willing to help with the process! Not everything has been waiting and twiddling our thumbs though, we've added the start of each romance and friendship path! The evening period of the day isn't quite playing out the way we like, so we're looking at options to rewrite it to see you spending less time at home and more time out socializing! Expect updates soon! If you're interested in beta testing, drop us a comment, plenty of people are still needed!
